Schedule a one-on-one with me in which we release fear, doubt, and control, and use prompts to allow for profound healing and surrender on all levels of the body: physical, mental, and emotional.
This workshop will answer all these day of questions: what do you need in your hospital or home birth bag? What positions will help baby come out? How can you assist your body in a gentle birth full of ease? How can you avoid tearing? How do you effectively ride the waves of contractions without pain?

About Me

Hi thanks for being here! I’m Cora, and I’m a doula and a mother of 3, all born at home, each in under 3 hours. My guiding principles around birth are simple: that women’s bodies work and women’s intuition about her body and her baby is more valuable than any test result. My training centers around the idea that the best birth outcomes happen when labor is undisturbed, mama is allowed to feel safe and supported, and decisions are made by the mama and respected.

I love walking with women as they take authority over their labor and create the intention for a gentle,
undisturbed birth. Birth carries such potential for growth and empowerment if done with preparation and intention, and sets the stage for a women's mothering journey.

I offers virtual and in person services, including nutrition counseling, birth education, emotional clearing, Mother’s Blessings, sleep consulting, toilet-learning, post-partum services and more to
guide and support mamas in a holistic and nurturing way.
